three cheers dbruner.......You are correct. I agree with you 100%.


My only concern for Ed is if he has any contract agreements with Wilf, (cnfidentiality, non-compete, ect) Otherwise, it appears he has done nothing wrong.

I for one appreciate his insight. I wish I would have listened to him sooner. But, to my stupidity, I didnt. its ALL my fault.
