Her connections to it are that she is Ed K.'s younger sister (she has said so herself on numerous occasions, so I don't think I'm violating TOU by disclosing someone's identity); that she herself has lost a bunch of money due to [IMO] mis-micromanagement by WB; and--she can correct me if I'm wrong here--she feels that the suit is without merit and has already cost the weary stockholders (herself included) more money.

My opinion is that Ed K. has shone a light on DB/WB activities, and had he not done so, stockholders past and present would have had no clue about [again, IMO] WB mismanagement, bad decisions, and misrepresentations (the last being a heavy euphemism for what I feel WB has done).
