My jaw dropped when I saw this...
We know Mark Faulk will certainly be a thorn in the backs of many organizations with someone like this as the new CEO so maybe this is our only choice as we have very little value at this point in time.
CMKX said "The new CEO and Research Committee, they are currently in negotiations to add several attorneys to the legal team to assist General Counsel Bill Frizzell in his actions on behalf of the Company." We are going to court !!!

I can certainly understand their choice.
