As the price spirals slowly and steadily to ZERO, we will see the launching of many small lawsuits. I predict at least 1 a week going forward.
Eventually the SEC or FBI or IRS or someone who is tired of looking like a complete a$$ will step in and shut the whole company down.
The company will default on its leases and they will go up for bid.
Our new management will not have the cash to bid on all the properties and companies like Chesapeake will just outbid us anyway. They will pick up the leases, share holders will get screwed, and Lanza will go to jail.
The window of opportunity is over for Lanza. He had his chance to make things right. But we are all going to get the shaft. Every single one of us.
We can all thank Yankee in part for his little rebellion last year which derailed our best chance of swooping in and taking the company out of Lanza's hands.
Now we have an absentee board. Where's Clyde Smith? Anyone actually ever spoken to him?
We have more scuffling and wasting of time. We should have put the hammer down on Lanza already. It is over. Too late. Now it is going to be out of our hands. End of story.
Someone explain to me how I am wrong.
