Amazing! How does the market lend credence to an obscure "analyst" who bases his opinion on partial information that is 2 months old and who then predicts that a settlement before nov 25 is likely? That is such unbelievably poor logic, that it makes even a bigger joke out of a guy who fell asleep during the hearing. The saddest commentary of all is that the "market" actually reacts to this garbage.
