I agree, there may be some VERY small red flags but there are some LARGE GREEN flags also:

When do you see a scam company lower the A/S count and when have you seen a scam company NOT dilute in runs????????

This company lowered the A/S and hasn't diluted, period!

Well IMO these are very positive GREEN FLAGS for those holding the stock and for these reasons I'm staying put!!
