the PR was issued on Sept. 2 but the original cutoff date for the original bid was Friday, Aug. 30.....the PR on sept 2 was announcing the situation and stating the bid process would be extended 10 days, which I would take to mean 10 business days from the date the original bid was scheduled to end.....if that is the case, that is how I came up the additional 10 day bidding process to end on Friday, sept. 12.....
I realize there is a lot of disagreement on this issue and this is just my opinion.....everyone is free to believe the bidding process has ended or will end whenever they want it to.....lol
