Too Many ORGANIZATIONS are in Very-Deep over CMKX !
Yes the TA did what they were instructed by some legal documents but it was the obligation of the Lawyer to ensure that everything was legit and the SEC was to monitor such major transactions.
The Certs were not fake just illegal as having no legend allowed insiders to sell them back to the public... sort of like a huge robbery in progress for a long long time.
In addition to that the SEC had no idea for quite some time what was happening as they had a computer glitch so it was like a police officer pointing his radar gun at cars but its reading only 10km/hour
The brokers have an obligation to ensure everything that is offered to its shareholders is legitimate and the shares they have sold us were illegitimate.
This is what could put the Brokers on the line...
they can go after the broker that brought them in NewWest, but remember our Brokers have an obligation to sell us
shares that are legitimate and they are not.
I remeber being on the phone with an individual high up the ladder at TD Waterhouse and this individual told me something they should have not, it was that they were out Millions of dollars for accepting Pink Sheet Certificates and hence shortly after they we all heard the new policy...
Ooops we no longer accept PINK sheet or over the counter Certificates...
Till this day they still don't but they will issue them to you... don't belive it call them up...

This looks bad for all these legitimate organizations.
I think we will certainly see something huge being announced after we have hired the new CEO if he has already not been hired.
I have never seen the SEC work so hard to resolve a PINK sheet
that alone should raise anyones eyebrows...

I'm certain we will find out exactly whats next the day we hear the CEO has arrived... why do you think that is taking place ?
