As for the samples they are still working on sending those out as it is very costly to ship right now. I received my sample request in the past so I know the company will come through :) As for the email responses you may want to try again I've been getting responses when I have contacted them. I do know they have been getting a lot of emails and they are trying to spend time on the business first then they will answer the emails after they spend time on the business.
