Why do I have a feeling that Sterling is associated with certain promotional groups. I believe QBID had certain promotional groups involved until the run to $.025 . A great deal of the content of Sterlings posts can't be verified and certainly doesn't agree with what I've been able to obtain from Sask. goverment ministries.
