Yes, I have called them a week ago and they confirmed that the order is online. But they told me that even with a shown ASK at 0,0001 there exists no obligation for MM to fill my order. Seems like no MM wants to make a deal with me!!!!

It was not possible for me to place the order via Internet. I had to call my broker per phone to place the order.
Originally it was a very big order and the order has been filled partly last week with 2 trades but the order was not shown at the bid.

Very strange, isn't it???
