Yes, and the only way to succeed for HCPC is profit from ongoing operations!
Think about the following:
Market capitalization of HCPC is only 1,6 Million USD fully dilluted. If HCPC makes profit they could silently buy shares from the market and catch MM in a "short trap".
But it only works with profit from selling loans!!
MM knows that 99,99% of all pinkies only survive from selling shares, but from time to time there is one company that is strong enough to find it's way out of the cellar.
I think HCPC management is aware of this. Looking at the preferred shares there seems to be somebody with big money in the background. I think there could be enough money in the background to let this baby fly when they are ready for it!
It would be very interesting to know details about the sharestructure!
BTW: I have a big buy order online for weeks now and level2 shows no bid??? I have silently collected millions of shares over the last few weeks at 0,0001. My order has only been filled partly over the last few weeks. The first part was for 10 Million shares and needed nearly a week to go through and the last part was filled within minutes after the bell for 20Million shares and only 52 Million shares were traided at that day. And the order has still many many millions of shares left but Friday there were 109 Million shares traided with no bid and I could not get one single share????
So it seems that there are not endless shares available at the moment??? I could not get shares at Friday but the order is still online until Friday the 19th of September!!!
