MM can no longer hold HCPC down when the company shows strength. As long as HCPC has to sell shares to pay their monthly bills MM will hold this stock down. MM actually thinks that HCPC can't survive without selling shares, so they try to destroy the company. The best think for MM would be bancruptcy and they would never have to clean their short positions.

If Carol creates revenues and profit this will fly. And if she would pay a cash dividend to common shareholders instead of preferred shareholders, all naked short positions would have been caught with their pants down!!

First and second Quarter 2008 they payed 3726578 USD as cash Divi to preferred shareholders.

If they would have payed this to common shareholders it would mean 0,00023 for every share and we would see at least 0.008 PPS and MM would have been caught with their pants down and a big loss!!!

With a cash DIVI to common shareholders nobody could hold this down any longer!!

I would do the following if I were Carol provided that I have cash from operational business:

1. Buyback Programm with cleaning up the share structure
2. Cash DIVI

0,0001 PPS means war between company and MM, so who will win???
Looking at last 2 quarter financials I would say that HCPC's position has already become much better.
