Thanks cep2535, for uploading the interview!

Just need to seel the deal on the closing next week. Once HCPC has officially closed the 1300 N. Market deal, GAME ON!

Also, this interview may muster up some investors and eyeballs, but this interview seemed to be a fishing pole for NEW real estate deals and lenders. To let people know about the BCLOC loan which HCPC can provide as a safe way to accomodate both sides of the purchase. I liked it.

IMO - I have my money in and I am going to let it ride for long time. If they do it once they will most assuredly do it many times over.
