5. TYPES OF BIDS: We are accepting proposals from demolition contractors and are not limiting the types of presentations that we will look at. We will accept bids where the demolition company desires to purchase the entire rights to the facility, proposals for a joint venture whereby the company that conducts the demolition shares in profit with BCND, or where the company seeks payment from BCND for the cleaning and protection of the brick, sorting of the steel, and the demolition of the building whereby BCND would then market the salvageable materials on its own. We also will not exclude companies that wish to bid on only a portion of the factory. For instance, an environmental company may bid on dealing with environmental hazards that may be present, or a salvage company may choose to bid solely on demolition of only a part of the property.
