Just to throw in my coupla pennies worth, I agree with martingale that Groves/He/LogicBox probably doesn't have much money.
If their trading was as bad as the complaint says it was, they lost money.
If they did get any of Spooz's investors moved over to them, I would imagine that those investors have either pulled any support or will have a prior claim against "their" money.
And they certainly haven't gotten their lawyer to work for free defending them.

My posts are my opinion only. I am LONG until I am able to retire in the manner to which I'd like to become accustomed.
