Thanks martingale. I question the part of your post where you believe Groves doesn't have any money. Isn't Logic Box LLC involved in the suit?

On December 27, 2007, Spooz filed suit against Jame Groves, Peng He and Logic Box, LLC., a Delaware Limited Liability Company, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (case # DAJ 07 C 7265) claiming Trade Secret Misappropriation, Unfair Competition, Intentional Interference with Business Relations, Breach of Contract, and Fraud.The matter is pending
