IPO - initial public offering.......

It's hard to initially offer shares when there are already 703 billion out there, lol. The process to IPO is extensive but it it's simplest form it is where a private company decides it is going to offer shares to the public to raise capital. Usually, the company will find a financial institution that will get the shares and pay you for it and they will actually sell the initial shares to the public. You are already paid. Of course there is much more to this process but basically CMKM doesn't even qualify for an IPO. All they would do is file paperwork to reinstate it's registration. But seeing how they have to file for a least three years and they haven't filed one piece of paper yet that doesn't look good either. Not to mention they need to be an actual business.

This can not happen with CMKM. More reasons then one. Not to mention a IPO requires so many quarters of profit depending on what exchange you will go on not withstanding finding the financial and market backers to IPO your company. If CMKM was to IPO that means they are getting rid of the current shareholders and somehow make a profit without actually having a business. Not sure how that suppose to happen unless they found some Jeanie in a bottle somewhere.
