well, it's like this. 9/12 is 10 business days from 8/28 and in my mind another deadline. Someone made the point a few days back about the importance of sticking to a schedule and I couldn't agree more. This is for the sake of the company, bidder, and shareholders. I don't care if the bid is annouced by then but as an investor I expect to be kept informed. If he remains silent beyond the 12th, we're headed south, .0002.
