So by this reasoning then everything is real and legit until its proven (by what a court of law? LOL) its not. OK then I just made a time machine. I guess until its 100% proven otherwise I'm a time traveler.

The clear evidence of Spooztoolz not being disruptive and great is the state of the company. The company thus far has done NOTHING. How can this be? Where are all the deals, where are all the rave reviews for the product? Why weren't the projections met? Where is the explanation for the endless delays? Where is Spooztoolz right now? Why can't they raise a dollar with its greatness? What did the silent period accomplish?

What evidence is there to suggest the company has anything valuable at all? Because if they do nothing and make no money it begs the question. What are they doing day in and day out??? Printing shares, check. What else?
