Rockmek, what's more simple to understand is that you have no proof that SpoozToolz isn't alive and well. It's very possible that a client or clients is using it or customized parts of the system.
Your theory that if the software were what the Company claims it would have millions in revenue and that since the Company hasn't announced millions in deals the software isn't as good as the Spooz claims doesn't hold water.
It's been rightfully offered that when companies have existing contracts with other software firms they aren't going to cut and run to the new company on the block no matter how much better it's product might be.
It's more likely CEO Strickland might have underestimated the resistance to any new software taking the markets by storm/as fast as anticipated. But even this reason is not provable because neither of us is privvy to everything needed to make emphatic/all knowing statements re. revenues.
