Downshire is slimmy crooks but they were hired by POS SCAM artist.
RH knew who owned previous shell and knew who Downshire is and knew who Paul Metera was and knew that his PR's were going out with lies and RH knows the SEC will come after him with this shell.
this shell will never uplist because SEC is waiting. No regulation on pinks but if he try to go to OTCBB they will bring everything out
This is huge POS PIG and that is fact.
