we have natural gas = $$$$$
we are working on bids for westland glass factory = $$$$
right after its cleared they are going to begin developing the property = $$$$$
timber bids =$$$$$
and some more projects that they are working on that havent been announced yet $$$$$$

however way you look at it there is money to be made.
