Let's not lose perspective people...
We know good news is coming. Like Cashflo said, it's easy to wait when you know the news is good. I really think Carol & Co. are just stalling for time - either to close one or more deals, or because HCPC is gagged until a certain date.
Why bother lying repeatedly about an audit if you have no intention of ever obtaining one? The lie would only work for so long before the SEC came knocking followed by a class-action law suit.
I think Carol realizes that the audit is the key to the success & growth of HCPC. Without it, every PR to date, every financial statement, every website update COULD have been fabricated to scam investors. That audit will legitimize HCPC and allow investors to take a risk on a REAL company with proven (by audit) REAL income!
It's clear to me, and I know very little about starting up a business, even less about starting up a bank! These are very rough financial times - bank failure #10 of 2008 today (Integrity Bank of Georgia). In life, there are almost always better and worse times to do things, and this is probably not the best time to announce the start-up of a new bank. But Carol is committed to it anyway - kudos to her. If it takes a little longer than 'our' timetables permit, so be it.
Many of you are the reason I'm even invested in this lotto play - and for that, I thank you all. I thank the bashers even more, because they drove me to do my own DD to disprove their rhetoric.
It's really very simple. We get an audit, this WILL "go to the moon!!!" We don't ever get an audit, this company goes away. Would be ideal to get it before the Fox Business spot Sep 7, but if not, I really believe she's stalling for more time. I'm OK with giving her more time, as long as that audit does eventually come.
So, lets enjoy the weekend, keep our emotions about HCPC in check, and give Carol & Co. time to do this right.
