I have been a long time shareholder and just curious about two points you previously raised

(1) you mentioned the stock price had to be higher in order for the financing to be completed for the merger of the two companies .
(2) the promotion group was on hold

Will the stock price move before the financing or will the financing cause a rise in the price and how is it going to rise if the promotion group is on hold and do you have any time lines
