stork _ If you go back through the threads you'll read that we were discussing the issance of Prefered "A" Shares to the Nevada company preferred shareholders.

And we were wondering why there were preferred shares issued to certain people of Quest Minerals Nevada, when Quest Minerals Nevada was a subsidiary of Quest Minerals Utah.
