Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't it say in the 10Q that Eugene controls all of the Series A Preferred stock?

So, the real question is, what the heck is Eugene doing with all that money from the shares he keeps dumping into the market? It sure doesn't look like it's going back into the company, does it?
