Tucker, from the way I read the Sammy 3 decision, I find 2 parts. The first allowing the appeals court to proceed on the SDNY confirmation of the 2G thru 2005, and the second part to finally resolve what is owed for 2006.

I hope we proceed as 2 separate and distinct decisions. Appeals court for monies due thru 2005, and agreement or finish the arb with the panel for amounts due for 2006.

And I too want ever friggin cooper. It has cost me a ton to bake bricks and cinder blocks all these years.
