Looks like the company has a fully dilluted # that is about the same as NSDM - 690,000,000 - The presaent market cap of $12,420,000 is a real discount considering the stage of development that Homestake property is in.
I was "hooked" by this company when they acquired Rayment back in April. From the report, "Dr. Rayment joined the Company due to his assessment of the company's potential...."
Looks like the only hold up on this one is the financing. I'm betting we see a good increase in the price when the 2 mil has been finalized....Good luck....Joe
