warned by the SEC?

Do not make excuses for the SEC they failed with regards to any warnings.. Roger Glen was on board when 100's of billions of shares were issued into the market while feeding positive remarks in PR'S not to mention his trip to Canada with the thumbs up. Mahue then took over feeding positive remarks in pr's that were put out.. Both were nor even named in the SEC suit.. CMKM shareholders are no foolish group.
