I have windows Vista. There is a tool called Snipping. Search it in windows and place it on your quick launch bar. open the L2 window then click on the snipping tool icon and then click in the L2 window again , now click save and save it to desktop.

Now go to OTHER on Ihub and click browse, select the screenshot from your desktop and hit upload. You will see link provided below. Copy and paste that in your message, and it will appear in your message.

It is really simple. It just seems like a lot of steps, but once you do it a couple of times it'll take only about 15 seconds. Good luck and let me know if you need more help.
