I will tell you from personal experience as well about my bussinesses seeing as you want to make it another point.
I work full time as a fireman/EMT or whatever as well as own/manage a sizeable cattle farm. And no I do not care for people to tell me how to run MY business, but I am ALWAYS ready to LISTEN to people in ways to improve it!
