That Yahoo guy is way off base just took a peek. Here's the stupid list of things he's saying

1)He thinks there is some evil thing going on because BCND is rated Caveat Emptor on pinksheets.

All companies that do a name and symbol change like BCND did when they changed from ITLV get this rating until they file an updated information statement and file it on pinksheets. As soon as BCND files this their status will updated to a higher status with a better rating.

2)He's bringing up things that have nothing to do with BCND. He's talking about R. Calderon the guy BCND bought one of their properties from.

He's talking about non-BCND issues on this front. I thought joenaturals post covered all this very well

BCND - to all the people sending me PM's about this stock, I can't reply to PM's while in jail, as that's a part of the penalty for being thrown in the slammer.

With regards to my earlier post on BCND, I think many people took what I posted and made it sound as if I was bashing the company. That couldn't be further from the truth, at least for right now as there's nothing to bash. I'm a shareholder, as I bought .0003's yesterday as I posted.

After discovering what I did and wanting to know more, I phoned Adam Marek and was finally able to speak with him. I brought to Adam's attention what I knew about Diversified Land Management Group Inc. and indeed I was right about Rodrigo Calderson. As far as Rodrigo and my opinion of him, I don't have anything negative to say about the guy as I once did before gradually learning what a scam ADCS was. Rodrigo is the moderator of the ADCS board here on IHUB and he has a lawsuit against ADCS, all having to do with past shells that ADCS is now using. He comes across as an honest person, at least that's my opinion of him now. Adam speaks highly of Rodrigo's company, stating it has achieved many successes. Adam wasn't aware of Rodrigo's past dealings with the ADCS shell and doesn't know anything about Rodrigo's litigation against that shell.

Adam stated that indeed the sale has gone through and the deed will be filed, but not before certain mortgage fees of just $1K to $3K are paid, affidavits notarized and I think the delay in the filing will be short-lived. Adam states the sale price will be known to all upon the filing of the deed. For what it's worth, Diversified Land Management Group Inc. is also BCND's current landlord at the 14390 Lincoln Highway address.

Adam states the T/A will always be open to everyone. I told him I was of the opinion that insiders were selling shares today based upon what I saw from the trading action. Adam states that the people he issued shares to for property(s) could very well be selling shares, but he thought they might be selling prematurely based upon what he does with the property. Regardless of the situation concerning the selling of these shares, he states the O/S count won't change as we can all verify. No doubt that is a plus as long as the O/S count doesn't rise. I noted to Adam that if in fact he turned down a $5.5 million bid and gets more than that and then rolls back the O/S count further, he will have a stock that soars to who knows where.

For now, the most important thing to watch is the O/S count. That trumps everything. If it's not rising, we will have a huge winner pretty soon IMO. Adam states there are some exciting developments in the pipeline for next month, developments that he said he couldn't talk about right now. FWIW, I did receive an e-mail from BCND's T/A today stating the share count as of 8-18-08 (yesterday) was the same as what's in the BCND ibox.

BCND is worth owning shares in at this level. Whether or not BCND becomes a success remains to be seen. Adam knows that every move he makes is being watched like a hawk. He states he's getting 3 to 4 calls a day from CD financiers and he's telling them all to never call back.

P.S. Hey Timmage, thanks for the heads up on BCND. Wish I could reply to you via PM.
