And I invested in ECFL, but I don't expect 1 for 1 shares of InVogue. It just doesn't make sense, and the numbers dont work out.

You would get shares of InVogue, dump them, and then it too would be in trip zeros. and then half the other investors would not be able to sell their shares.

Maybe Sammy would have more insight on how that could even be possible if it were done, but I don't think it would be an easy process and would require numerous splits...

Keep in mind I've lost money on this stock as well, I haven't sold any shares. Just because I was paid by the owner of the company to make a website does not mean that I haven't lost out like other investors.

I make my money fairly and honestly from doing web development work, I doubt you would do it without being paid. However, just speaking from an investors perspective, I don't expect to get shares of InVogue just because I bought in to ECFL and lost out big time on it, doesn't mean I am entitled to a 1:1 of a whole new stock..My investment choice, my consequence. I think shareholders would get a percentage of InVogue shares anyway since it is a subsidiary, just not 1:1 along with a total dissolution of MNTY. I don't think that is the plan here.

I too hope my shares eventually get back some value.
