Fact..As of 4/29/04..FIVE Analysts projected a loss of 2 CENTS for IDCC's First Quarter..

Fact..4/30/04 IDCC provided guidance of plus 6-8 cents..

Fact.. History reflects that these same FIVE Analysts estimated that IDCC would earn 8 cents..and IDCC actually reported 10 Cents.

IMO: IDCC will provide GUIDANCE on 7/30/04 of earnings for the SECOND Quarter 2004 of plus 12-14 CENTS..and will blow that estimate away..when they report earnings on 8/9/04 of PLUS 18 CENTS ..which will EXCEED in 2 Quarters the total estimated earnings by these Analysts for the full Year 2004..
