Dick Grasso's contract with the NYSE- "According to an indemnification clause in Mr. Grasso's 2003 employment contract with the NYSE, the exchange agreed to advance him "all reasonable costs and expenses" for any civil or criminal action made during his service as a director and officer. The NYSE also agreed in the contract to "use its best efforts" to cover Mr. Grasso under its directors' and officers' liability policy for "at least six years" after he leaves the exchange." WSJ
