Interact Holdings Group, Inc. Has Executed a Letter of Intent for Multi-Million Dollar Contract

ATLANTA, Aug. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Interact Holdings Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IHGR) announced today it has executed a Letter of Intent to acquire a contract which will provide Cable Television, High-Speed Internet, Telephone, and Residential Security Monitoring to over 2,500 homes.
The contract will increase Interact Holdings Group Inc.'s yearly revenues by approximately $4.0 million per year during the term of the contract.
The contract calls for a state-of-the-art fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) infrastructure to be built in the community which will deliver top-shelf quality Telephone, High-Speed Internet, Cable Television, and Residential Security Monitoring services to over 2,500 homes.
"This (LOI) is the first step in creating a portfolio with assets capable of maintaining a recurring revenue stream upon which we can continue to build. While this (LOI) is being finalized we are reviewing similar long term revenue generating asset purchases. As these transactions are finalized, we will update the information as it is forthcoming," says Mr. Yates.
