Peease, everyone stop talking about a reverse split. Maybe in the distant future, but I have talked to the company first hand and know they are not planning a R/S anytime soon.

As far as dillution, they had plenty of shares already to dilute with. however they should not effect the current valuation so, yes they maybe diluting, no it is not a major drop and run thing. Like a storm it is getting close... I am ready.
