Certified Financials are required for up listing a stock on a higher exchange. The Company has to become transparent To the Investors. Maybe, Something bigger is happening. A BILLION DOLLAR Company( in value) will not be a penny stock for Long . On a Higher Exchange, HCPC would have to change the share count. . .We can deal with that, if it all happens.
