So far as one can see the fraud charge is related to the filing of false reports. That, of course, was created by Joe Monerosso create counterfit Invoices and the CFO entering JVs of third party expenses into the General Ledger, which looks to be complicity. These are the facts that have been presented by the SEC. If you have other information about fraud please post it.
