Spunky, how do you know that Lanza is trying to force anything? Is there any evidence to point to? Lots of people are in denial, but I can tell you that the PR accords with what I've been able to determine is going on.

So, don't be expecting much by the 28th. By then Lanza and the Board will be toasting the next scam chapeter of this story
