it sure is interesting that a guy who is supposed to be making shareholders rich with his amazing juice (and made so many claims, I can hardly keep track) allegedly did not pay $15K for a few measly tanks, and also bought bio-fuel from Mr Gass, instead of using his own copiously promised production......

guilty until proven innocent, yes, but a good businessman would have paid for the tanks if there was any chance of being arrested for something like this, just to avoid the bad PR (not to mention more attorney fees)......this is an ARREST, not civil lawsuit to reclaim damages.....big difference....not sure how JR's mind works, but seems to be avoiding reality....

he seems to forget the adage that it takes ten positives to cancel one negative in the world of PR.....with that in mind, JR has many tens of positives to deliver on, just from the past few months events.....much cheaper to just PAY FOR THE TANKS.....but maybe Rhinos don't understand such deep stratagems....

PS: now, Mr Gass will likely also get to tell his tale in a public venue.......
