My assumptions so far are at least correct in this regard: Spearhead Management are directly involved in TOFS. Yvon Dompierre, President of Spearhead, just confirmed.

Spearhead trades for big bucks in London, and those people are there now, wrapping up a financing programme. I can confirm now that Michel L. Marengère, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Spearhead, is directly involved and behind everything that TOFS is going to go through.

I was told to expect some news regarding the development of TOFS with the new Spearhead owners very soon.
