If you want the PPS to increase you better care that this is a legitimate business. A legitimate company will try to develop shareholder value through dividends and share appreciation. Also trying to make money off of your investment is going to be easier as the stock develops more liquidity. If this is NOT legitimate then don't expect any of those opportunities to happen.
