True enough Kenco. Lanza and the old quiet period scam are not new to BD. But I am a bit puzzled. I don't see why the three new Board Members would agree to serve with Lanza, given the stigma associated with him. They seem a better class of people than his usual partners in crime. Do you have an answer for that? Second, there just ain't no one stupid enought to invest serious money in a Lanza controlled enterprise. This Smith guy is just not that stupid. So,if he is going to ivest then Lanza has to go.

As I've said before, if we see real investment --- and we haven't yet --- that is a good sign.

Anyway, there is no easy explanation for the current turn of affairs...
