You are asking for a vindictive, controlling TOS policy.

Whoa! Where do you get that from? I am only asking that the CURRENT TOS policy as found here http://www.investorshub.com/boards/Terms.asp be enforced. Nothing more nothing less.

To have that, the administration would have to review each case and act as judge and jury.

Unfortunately that is the job description of a message board admin. It is one of the reasons I personally don't like the job.

As for the rest of your commentary, an Ignore feature as described would lessen the workload on the admin and the response to the submitter of a TOS report would be polite and respectful.

I can certainly understand you difficulty comprehending these issues.
