is it possible to ask for an injunction to stop JP from using trust funds? after all, the case is being brought against them by the actual unit holders they are suppose to protect, not some disinterested, unaffiliated entity or group. the money could be put in escrow and if it is found that JP did nothing wrong, they would be entitled to this money. i just hate the fact the trust is paying their fees for their own incompetence and self-dealing.
