It is really very simple concept for most if not all wall street advisers "TIME". And since time is money they are not willing to tie up that money unless they believe that their
return on equity justify it. Right now in litigation nobody really knows the time frame for any resolution, even for Samy
and i AM ASSUMING WE WILL PREVAIL, most likely they will appeal
any decision which technically would put us at at least early
2010 mid 2010 if we are lucky and that is dead money as they say. Of course anything can happen and most analysts view on that is OK i missed the first 4-5 points but this baby is going
a lot higher 60-80 who knows.
