I was going to say the same thing, DOC, but I had to leave out. The consultants they brought on must know without a doubt that they can find funding for this and reap the benefits with the end resulting increasing the PPS tremendously. Why would someone like General Lincoln Jones and the others bother to devote their time to such an endeavor otherwise? That amount of money is of no significance to them unless they can see it turning into more. Management's sights have been on State monies -- perhaps now they gone to the big dollar boys, federal funds or both!
