One thing I will say is that 600,000 shares are not a big deal at 6 cents a share ..that is just 36K... per board director....

That means that these guys have a real incentive to bring the PPS up by trying to obtain financing and working to make this company viable.....

I mean this is chump change and nobody would come on board a company for that amount if they did not at least see the PPS increasing ...also the company must have some way to convince these guys that they are viable.....The negotiations for the job must have included that....


So it makes no sense for these big shot people to come on board unless this is a challenging project with real prospects...

I guess only time and the PPS will tell...
